Damaged product delivered from flipkart ,which they are neither replacing nor refunding

I have purchased a wardrobe from flipkart on 22ND of July by debit card payment,the price is 10799INR.The order I’d is OD109754814663158000.They delivered a damaged wardrobe on 2ND of Aug.I requested a replacement on 4th of Aug,since then flipkart is giving various dates for the pick up of the product but till date it is not done.Whenever I am contacting them,they are just told me to wait for 24hours.Now I am waiting for 1month for the problem to get resolved,and being harassed continuously.They are neither replacing the product nor refunding my money.
