Damaged product delivered , Fake service and warranty offers , No after sales response

I bought some furniture from Indiranagar branch (CMH Road) during Diwali time(SO no – 141521226 dated – 23/10/2014). Total cost for the purchase was around 1.5 Lacks.

Company delivered the mattress damaged which was discovered during installation and since then I am calling different people and calling and mailing their customer care .. visited their stores . . but no body bothering to respond even. Really pathetic services and so called customer care. All unprofessional , uncultured , liar, fake and false people running this company.
