Snapdeal is a worst online shopping company i have ever experienced.I bought Dell inspiron 3542(i5 1Tb hdd 4gb ram with nividia graphics card 2gb)worth Rs. 41250.I got on tuesday via ecom xpress courier service.But it could not booted till now and touchpad is also not working properly.I complaint to snapdeal about the matter but they didnt respond to it positively.customer care service is worst.They never call back after saying to call within 48 hrs.When i registered for replacement they said we cant do it without any jobcard.and dell is refusing to give any jobcard.after everything i did at last i went there to dell service center noida for rectification.They have submitted it for 3 days.Snapdeal is even now nt responding.They should not be allowed for selling online products and their license should be cancelled.I m deeply disappointed.
