I order a Samsung headset on amazon. in.and also I pay the money.within 10 days I got the amazon pack to my adress. I open the pack.then I see the product broken.i report this problem to amazon.then they told to me send the product to their adress and then they refund my money.7 days passed. But they didn’t refund my money.they cheating the costumers.
