Went for a Mysore tour, bought a Mysore silk from Kauvery Emporium. They did not allow us to check the saree stating there is no damage.
We came back home and found it was damaged, then spoke with them and they asked us to send it back and they will replace. We did so and after a week they sent us back the same saree stating that there is no damage. But once again we checked and it completely damaged, but they say that there is no damage at all.
When we called them they were rude and disconnected the call.
