I had a minor problem with my laptop screen – when I touch my laptop in the bottom middle behind the screen, the screen goes off. when I close my laptop and open it again the screen is back again. The screen absolutely good and I have no problem if I do not touch the laptop in that particular place.
To get this repaired I gave it to DIGICOMP complete solutions ltd. They took two days and say that laptop screen has a problem and it has to be replaced. They also say that the laptop cannot be returned in the condition I gave them as they have opened the parts and something went wrong. They say that, laptop can be returned with a dull screen which cannot be used unless the screen is replaced but there was no problem with my display before I gave them my laptop.
Please let what I can do and if you need any other information regarding this. The receipt details are as follows
