Name of company/service: Vishal mega mart
I Bought kissan Jam form Vishal mega mart in Bangalore located at Hosur road. The jam was packed in a cellophene sheet with some other item as some offer was going on . On coming back to hone i saw the jam container broken. I went to the shop and asked them to replace the damaged piece.
They refused to change but the worst part was the behavior of the store manager over there . He stared shouting badly and asked me to g out of the shop . Is this the Vishal mega market treat the customers.
