Dear sir.
i puchased a handset xolo q 2000 at 14/04/2014 by cash rs. 14500 bill no. 014156685. After use two months it had dead. i contact xolo service center, sansar chand road, jaipur. they charged me rs. 3400 and told me that motherboard damaged. they changed my handset with new one. than after two and half months handset has same problem and i submitted it again at service center at 12/09/2014. this time they not charged any cost. my service complain no. was 0744755
And till 08/01/2014 i have not receive my handset. Today i received a call from xolo that my handset totally damaged and they want to give me q2500 it is not similar to q2000. And if same problem i again found after warranty period than what i will do??
so i cant trust xolo anymore. So please give me my money back. Otherwise i complain to consumer court jaipur within three days.
