Damaged Edenred Vouchers not being replaced

Location/place: Noida

Name of company/service: Edenred Meal Vouchers

Edenred has issued me Meal Vouchers for an amount of Rs. 500. The voucher pack got washed along with my cloths and has got damaged. The numbers on the vouchers are still visible and Edenred can easily identify from the numbers on the vouchers that they have not been used. Edenred is refusing to replace the vouchers. This is a corrupt practice and a fraud as they have been paid for the vouchers. Even the rupee notes are replaced by the bank if damaged.

    Hi,i can say my experience with Edenred Company was fabulous, i had TICKET COMPLIMENT GIFT VOUCHER which got expired in June 2012 and i was not aware about these voucher expiry, when i come to i know about it was too late as they were closed with their process but still their customer service team helped me a lot Ms.Sneha and Mr.Nadeem Shaikh has really given the best service and within a weeks time i got fresh vouchers with additional validity,I really appreciate their Service.
