Damaged my clothes and not refunding the amount due to bad ratings posted by on different platforms

Have placed an order with Dhobilite for laundry services Order no. “42471” and “42690”. They’ve damaged my heavy lehanga due to ironing and ruined my other clothes due to dry cleaning. I’ve recharged Dhobilite wallet with some extra amount, so that I can avail the services after this order as well. But now I am not willing to take services from them anymore. Asked to refund my amount but I’ve received call from their customer care to remove bad ratings then only they’ll refund the amount.

    Since from 1st day, I am asking to refund extra amount lying in their wallet. They’re not refunding that. Firstly they said, remove the bad ratings, then they’ll refund. Yesterday, they said, they can’t refund as per company policy, that amount is not refundable.
    Firstly, I’ve recharged their wallet by 1699 on 3rd nov, have sent them the screen shot of paytm as well, but their customer care said its not reflecting into their account, an offer is going on, please recharge again with 800, previous amount will be reversed in your account. After the conversation with him, I’ve recharged again with 800. But after that previous amount is also not reversed into my account, and they are not refunding extra amount, due to miscommunication by their customer care person. I’ve asked them to check the call records as well, but they don’t have call records.
