My name is Ishan mahajan s/o Ajay Mahajan i had ordered Blackberry Storm 9530, order no:3889533 from naaptol.com the set is used and flash, audio jack and screen from one side is not working. I called customer care many time everytime they tell one or the other excuse, they replied to send the phone back they will change it but my question is what will be the proof with me? when i will send the phone to them..
I want my money back from them, they are cheating customers its a case of fraud
