Damage of household/personal goods and Car damage while transportation

Location/place: Bangalore (Karnataka)

Hi There,

We got transfered from Chandigarh to Bangalore last month and therefore we booked our household items , bike and car from eagles packers and movers, chandigarh. Their office is at #2237, Ist Floor, PilpliWala Town, Manimajra, Chandigarh. Contact Person is Sanjay 9646980759.

They delivered my goods in very bad condition. My suitcases were unlocked and all my expensive sarees were drentched in oil. Most of my fragile items came damaged.

They commited to deliver my car as homedelivery but then they asked me to come 60 km far to pick up the car.
Also, they delivered my car with 3 big scratches.

They committed to pay for the damage but since then they are not picking up our calls.

Tehy have not yet delivered few of my household items and I am helpless to call them again and again with no success.

Please suggest me how I can go ahead to seek compensation of the damaged goods.
I got all my stuff insured but assume that they have not insured our items and took money from us by giving wrong details.
