Damage of goods compensation not paid till date

Name of company/service: Agarwal Packers and Movers, DRS group

Sir,
I am from Indian Air force and have got transfered from Ghaziabad,U.P to Sulur, Coimbatore. I got my household items transported by DRS group, Aggarwal packers and Movers in the month of Apr 12. During Off loading of my items they have damaged my few items. I contacted the company representative at Coimbatore for the compensation. He saw the damaged item and assured the compensation in the month of May12. But have not paid me the amount till date. I have reminded them many times but they are just ignoring my request. The booking GC no is:4232545 dated 07 Apr 2012.
