Name of company/service: Gati Courier
I have had some crockery items shipped form Guwahati to Bangalore.On the day of receipt I have taken delivery and have signed the acknowlwdgement form.On opening the packed items the next day, I could see that most of the items are broken.I rasied the same with Gati , however they have closed the complaint saying that I did not mention anything while taking the receipt and hence cannot claim insurance.There were so many crockery items that , it was not possible to open all the items and check.Can i get some help to address the issue.
