SIR,
I am purchase B912274 – Split AC – 1.5TR Hitachi SAC KAZE – RAU318KSD on dated 26/06/2012 through indiatimes online service.Ac is delivered on dated 30/06/2012 at 5:00PM. I am complain hitachi customer care on dated 28/06/2012.The service engineer coming on dated 02/06/2012 at 11:00AM for installation.After installation the checking of the cooling coil heavy leak persist then close the valve out door unit machine.The engineer checked the machine found cooling coil leak heavy. I complain hitachi costumer care the complain no 12070202790 and i have also talk authorised service centre in gorakhpur for regarding this leak but Mr. Santul Haq(Mobile No-9335172392) not give me a satisfactory answer.He said cooling coil has been welded but i have newly purchased installed through service engineer. and after leak i have see in cooling coil machine no tested ok remark persist.
Sir please consider my case and action taken against Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. Lucknow( U.P.)
