Damadge product

I brought a prestige multi cooker eletric kattle from flipcart last 27 feb.but the product was damdge under the packet.so I request for replacement.but the seller give me date by date.but no refund.or no replacement..only given dates.i complain to customer care.but my problem dose not solved
