Daily Debit of charges from my cell no.9175713597, on account of videos downloading thru VAS without my INTIMATION.

From my cell no.9175713597,which is uninor mobile no.,the cell compony has been debiting daily charges since 06.11.2012.After consulting to Customer care,they had given to dial 777,& I did so,still charges is debited daily.Pl guide on this.
