I using airtel prepaid mobile(9629896921 )for fast 4 years, from last 6 month I found that regularly some charge are taken from my account by activating some value added services without my request, to avid this I make around 10 to 12 complained to customer care regularly, but it was not stopped.
Then I kept my mobile without recharge for one month, then again I recharged for 50 on 25/06/2012 afternoon, up to evening I am not used the mobile, at 6 p.m. I received one massage from network that is “thank you for choosing SPIRITUALMAGAZINE-2Pon your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs.2 for 1days “
Then I complain immediately to customer care, they told we will back within two hours but still they are not take any action against my complain, because of this feel disturbed mentally , so please take the necessary action soon…
