Dear sir ,
This is Santosh Gupta resident of shahdara delhi , i am using daikin ac since last year and from last eight months i am really fed up of this kit , this particular product is making me irritating with its BAD SMELL coming out of it while running and also no solution is found till now by daikin service engineers.
i am complaining daikin people since last eight months and a bunch of complaint receipt and complaint no. are held with me .
in december also i have complaint through the online process , action was executed and the engineer have done his best for resolving the problem but the problem persist as same .
After making all efforts combinedly , engineer and i both start believing that the particular product is having some manufacturing defect and this problem can only be solved by CHANGING THE INDORE KIT .
During this long process my product is now out of warranty but on last complaint receipt i have written that i want 50 days freelook period and till now it is not over .
no one is listing to me from daikin and every time an egineer come and start washing the kit but after two days of every service the problem starts again.
Sir i am requesting you please see to this matter importantly , i am relly fedup of this an want this kit to be changed , daikin is not satisfying me .

Sub: Facing severe problem due to malfunctioning of my Daikin AC Unit.
Dear sir,
This is santosh gupta resident of shahdara delhi, wants to say that I am an existing customer of daikin air condition from 09/mar/2012, and from that particular day I am facing different types of problems like malfunctioning of blower , colling etc,etc,etc……
From the very first date , I am regularly calling the customer care because my ac kit is manufactured wrongly , and I have about 5 complaint receipt of the visit of daikin engineers for the complaint of my kit , and more over about 4 times the visited engineer have not given me the complaint receipt , so I can say that the engineer has visited about 9 times .
But from last 2 months I am facing a severe problem of dirty smell coming out of indoor kit while working , it is causing me a great pressure of headache .
I have complaint three times in customer care for the same problem but every time some unprofessional and untrained person takes a visit and every time he washes the indoor kit and run off. And the problem remains as it is ,
Last time the same person visited and again the same process is repeated and at last no result is derived and when I said that I am not satisfied with your work so the reply was, “ our senior will visit for this problem in next 24 hours “ but , today is the 19th or 20th day from the day of complaint and no one has visited till now .
Dear sir , I am really fed up of this ac kit and being a customer of daikin I feel like a victim of a big trap.

I am writing this letter with infinite hopes , so my request to you is to please help me by replacing the kit or by taking some feasible steps . As I have said , I have purchased this machine on 06/mar/2012, and the warranty is of one year , after this period no one will listen to me.
So , I will be highly obliged if you can help me by making me happy with your positives services as soon as possible .
