Name of company/service: Airtel
I am using airtel prepaid. they are cutting my balance unnecessarly and after calling to customet care, some times they are giving back & some times not giving. bt they are charging to call customer care. it happened 5 times like this, after that customer care also not responding in my phone. but balance is cutting. I want to put a complaint on airtel.
