Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

my mobile number is 9028667596.On that mobile number I recharge of rs.250 on 14/10/2012.After 2 days they cut rs.49,after some days they cut 30 and then 150.I call the customer care they attend 1st time and second time they does not attemp.I want my refund of rs.229.
