My name neha kumari residing in Gurgoan.I have purchased a electrical Induction of Khaitan in Dec 2011. It got broken down in oct 2011 and I sent the product to the service centre of Khaitan(Gurgoan), they said that product has to be replaced hence they gave back the product for replacement. As that time no induction gas product was available in tthe retail shop from where I purchased it, I had to give back the gas to your service centre ,they told as there is no product in market we will try repair and then give it back. My warranty period has been over and it has been 3 months my product has not been return to me till now.
Your customer service manager(Jai Shankar Ph-9671011623) and technichian (Manish Ph-9311503226) have been fooling to me all these day,by not picking our phone, and if by mistake they pick up the phone they give really a very silly excuses to me. Even Gurgoan’s head of customer service do not take my call.
It would be very kind if you kindly into my matter.Even I have sent the same mail to company’s email id but yet no reply has been sent by them.Plz kindly help me.I feel helpless and there is no one to hear my complaint from company side
