CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST

Hello Sir/Madam,

I opted for a new TATA SKY DTH connection on 31st March 2013 and the installation was done at my place on 1st April 2013, but it was incomplete. After calling & complaining to the customer service desk for ‘n’ no. of times in between 1st April to 4th April 2013, I am bound to knock at your door for the justice. I paid 2410Rs. and its been 4 days since I am without the Television. I had a word with the technician also, who instead of helping me out, misbehaved with me very rudely over the phone. I even requested the floor supervisor to take back their assets and refund me the amount at the earliest, but they are not ready for that even. So, neither my problem has been addressed nor my request being adhered by them. Request you to please look into the matter and sort me out from this web.
