Customer representives Not-attended my calls everytime

I have a problm that my calls put on holds and after that disconnected every time when i called to customer care without listioning and resolving my problems. So please request you to do needful action in this matter. If that kind of problms i will face in future day i will definately porch my number to any other existing mobile company available
