I have purchased LG LCD TV(MODEL – 22LUIOUR & SERIAL NUMBER – SL909LPKW000101) whose display isn’t functioning properly, for which I have lodged repeated service complaints (RNA-140618044192, RNA-140717051916) at LG Customer Care. I have been constantly troubled and harassed by LG service personnel over replacement of a part (probably SMPS as communicated by LG Service Executive) over the last 3 months, and they have failed to replace the problematic part yet. Initially when they were unable to provide me the particular part/s that need to be replaced, they offered me a 35% sale off price on my purchased price of the TV. But soon after a week they changed their word of mouth to 15 %. My TV is in good condition and I would never agree to sell it at only 15% of the purchased price to LG. I believe it is the duty of LG to provide me the servicing for any malfunctioning of the TV under warranty and as LG has not been able to replace the faulty part for a long period of time, LG needs to compensate me adequately with replacement of my TV. The LG officials have shown bad behavior and attitude and is not cooperating with me on the same. Request you to take immediate action on this. Thanks.
