Customer Harassment

Dear All,

I am surprised & shocked after my experience with club mahindra .

I have booked for Munnar in August 2018 however voucher is send to incorrect email id. Hence i have called 4 times requesting the team to resend the voucher however all in vain.
Even though your supervisor Deepak assured me it will be done yesterday and i will be getting a call personally by him at 6pm yesterday to recheck , there was no follow up and work not done.

Is this the way you guys you treat your “POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS”????

I am really wondering how you guys would be harassing people who have blocked their hard earned money with you….

I had thought that post my visit to this resort , we would buy your memebership but now you guys have lost a potential member and ofcourse i will ensure none of our family or friends get into a deal with you guys….

Being from the customer service industry myself and having data of all calls with me , i know how to exercise my rights as a cutomer.
