Customer harassment

Location/place: Bhubaneswar

Name of company/service: Star CJ Alive

26th june online booking on Star CJ Alive & 4th july received the product and found damage and immediately registered a complaint (Complain#9040571855) against it and wanted my cash back. Then call from star cj against my complain on 9th july and mentioned to collect the defective product within 5 to 6 working days. But till now the product is not collect and after several callings floor Supervisor Mr.Azad of Star Cj said on 28th july that there is no courier facility for collecting the defective product and we returned it by our own arrangement.
