Customer fraud

<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Vodafone</p>I call the customer care as intetnet ws not working on my phn, thr I was told by a customer care executive tht data pack of Rs. 100 will b activated on my number n i will get 1 GB data free thn. And internet will work jst fine.
Bt whn i chck my unbilled amount after few days of tht talk wid tht executive, i. was Rs. 2000+,
Thn i call the customer care agn n another executive told me tht the data pack is nt activated till nw n i hv to pay all the money. N he was nt even ragistring my complaint against it. Coz i dnt knw the name of executive wid whom i talk to activate the data card.
