I purchase Refrigerator in 2010 june Gurgoan. In refrigerator compressor have 5 yrs warranty as per manual. now when i file a complain my refrigerator is not working then they tell whatever problem will their, but you have to pay visit charges.
300+service tax.
In customer manual or other their not mention they will charge visit charges.
what is the company policy. quit possible company provide free of cost visit or local customer care charge unnecessary visit charge to customer.
I talk to Sourabh – contact no 01139404040. he told me he can’t provide service without visit charges.
please help me for this problem
