Customer care not resolved my problem

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance DTH

Hi,
I have submitted request 1 week back for installation of DTH on new address but the customer care is not responding properly. Also I have raised a request for same but this is closed even though they have not provided the service to me.
Severe action need to be taken on the same.
