My order from flipkart is 10 days late and these people dont even have the courtesy to inform or update. They dont even answer calls, i have to listen to instrumental music for time as much as they please ON MY BALANCE. this is the worst service ever. i cant get the logistics number, i cant get flipkart customer care to talk to me, i dont know where my order is- I cannot help myself. Even government agencies dont do that. focus on customer care and delivery.
