customer care improper communication

i am having a mobile prepaid connection, i was very satisfied with it, but when i took its service of mobile internet, the buffering time was high, as compared to other companies. so i called up the customer care, to make them a note about that, as it was spoiling its name in Gujarat as number one mobile company. but when i did that, i was told by the customer care executive, to disable this facility of internet instead of improving, in a in-decent volume of his voice.
