customer care and about balance cut from talk time

Name of company/service: Reliance Gsm service

its really bad to say about this company that very lazy customer care service , even they put us on hold for long time

but they should pick every call in 30 sec.

i spent hours to talk to customer care but they are not picking my call….

Please do something
