Sir/madam

i used TATA-DOCOMO since 4year, but few month ago i suffering from some probleum due to customer-care because Rs299 E-recharge doesn’t taken my number, why? i dont know, i complained to customer-care in severial time but one person told me it will be taken and one person told me it willnot be taken, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE one person said “yes” and other one said “no”, i also told to SENIOR OFFICER but they doesnot give me respect respond and one thing when i said that SENIOR OFFICER give me own detail, they disconnected phone. I TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.Today i called customer-care at 8:30pm to mr pardeep(CCE) who is trasfer the call mr.SANJAY PANDIT(senior incharge) from kalkotta, but they also misbehave with me.
NOW, I DESIDED TO EITHER TO CHANGE MY NUMBER OR GO TO CONSUMER-COURT.
