Customer Callinig detail not giving to customer

dear sir
i am using vodaphone telecom service in delhi it is a post paid connection they barred my service and when i asked my all calling detail one of the Customer care executive Kishan (date 20 july 2012 evening 6:30) told me they will not give me number detail and said me go and give their payment they dont know so its our right to know about my bill
