Croma’s Employee told me the wrong things when I Purchased laptop,printer,Vodafone USB,Toolkit..They cheat me by providing wrong things.

Name of company/service: Croma

Actually Sunday I visited the Croma by intersion of to Purchase Laptop.
They provide me wrong information at that time of purchase.Mr Sunil who is a sales man at piplod surat branch of croma.
he told me that,”mam windows 8 licence version h plus printer le lo isske sath ye aapko 3000 ki jagah 2000 me padega..I purchase printer,laptop,toolkit as well as vodafone USB..
at the time of Mr santosh who is a vodafone Sals at the same branch of croma..he told me that mam first time 3g ka recharge karva lo baad me aap chaho too 2g bhi chalega..
but told fake things..after it i recharge 199 unlimited plan of 2g but its not working…than after i was went again showroom..but noone was there to answer my question..

only 1 week gone after purchase it but printer is not working ,laptop is has no genuine windows 8 version as well as my 2g plan is not working in vodafone USB.

Please help me out from this situation..
