Name of company/service: Croma

Croma Washing machine within 1 year warranty period had a breakdown. Was not responding to power input. Complain lodged with helpline since 19th Aug 2013 number DEL190813FS00008. Drier Motor and IC to be replaced. IC Replaced after 15 days. Technician Sanjeev(7827358009) And parts Manager Riyaz(8588869610) promised Drier motor would be replaced in 3-4 days Max. I tried reaching Anuj Jain – 8588869606 (apparently Riyaz’s supervisor) but some lady picks up and hangs up after knowing that I am calling from Faridabad). Till date faulty part not replaced inspite of repeated reminders & requests. Every conversation with Croma representatives end up with a promise that doesn’t get fulfilled.
