I had placed an order online (invoice no. SLE001EC0009343) for Samsung M/W Solo 20L MW73AD-B. At the time of placing the order online, they gave an assurance that the product would be delivered within 7 days. However, on the 7th day I get a call from their representative Ms. Jasmine that the product is not available and hence not delivered. Further, I was informed that they are trying to fetch the product from any of the stores / warehouses in Mumbai. It is a blatant lie that the product is unavailable as it is still up for sale on their website and anyone could make a purchase. Further, the product is on display at their Juhu store and the staff at the Juhu store have told me that the product is in stock. The most shocking thing is that their Juhu store is located at two minutes distance from the place where I stay. Request you to kindly deliver the microwave oven at the earliest as it is very difficult to function in this day and age without a microwave oven. I fail to understand why their representatives are lying that the product is out of stock.
