Croma Extended Warranty Service

My complaint is regarding Croma Extended Warranty Service.

I have taken Extended warranty for my AC which I brought from CROMA Stores Ghaziabad and now its been 18days since I am crying to get my AC repaired. Every time I am calling to Customer Support I am getting a recorded reply from different people “we understand your concern” but still they don’t help me…even I did talk to the floor manager, and he had nothing else to say other then “we understand your concern”. He promised me to call back and inform that when my problem will be rectified. but I never received the call back. This the worst after sales service. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy this stupid Extended Warranty Service which you never get. It would have been better to get it done repaired from outside. Would think that the money I spent to buy Extended Warranty Service that was a donation to these people…
