I have no idea, why TATA is attempting to ruin their good name?
I brought several electronic / electrical equipments from Croma that too with extended warranty, this is the first time i am going to use their extended warranty service. My Yamaha home theatre, had a problem of its HDMI-Out port not working. Made a complaint on 12th dec at their customer care, got assurance that within 2-3 days their engineer will attend the case.
First :
2-3 days!!! Whcih company is providing such a lethargic/lazy approach to customer concern?
Secondly :
No one from Croma, attended the case nor anyone called me to at least say that they may come..! Very unfortunate. This isthe status till 15th Noon !! (4 days passed)
I called up the customer care again to find the status, explained everything right from beginning and got a wonderful explanation “It was 3 working days we told you” ha ha ha ha…. Are the living in 21st century ???
Today its 16th, and time is Noon exactly. They are not even bothered to respond to the customer !!
Finally i called them up again and told to cancel my call. I know how to set my equipment right.
LOST THE TRUST IN TATA’S CROMA DIVISION ! ITS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
At the same time, i must mention the service of TATA’s Satellite TV section. TATASKY. I made a complaint on 15Dec, Sunday at 11:57am regarding Signal issues, within 15mins got a call from their engineer who visited, resolved and closed the complaint within 1hrs time. And left with a delightful experience with me !!
Dear TATA please redefine your CROMA customer care, or customers will say TATA to you ! Croma Customer care does’t deserve to be in business !!
