My complaint number 83933 was registered on 15 th May, Technician visited to identified that capacitor needs to be changed, from that date he has never returned. I have followed up with Rekha(Manager), nothining happened, Ganesh(her head) doesnt pick up the phone, i guess extended warranty requires extended time to get resolved.. I believe extended warannty is just useless
