I hold ICICI BANK credit Card No 5241931373448004 , i have charged late fee of Rsc 500 plus service charge of Rs 66 . the payment was due on 26th sept for Rs 2776 which i have paid on 26th sept through online net banking transfer of HDFC BANK and same amount is deducted from account on 26th sept but as per credit card statement it shows payment is done on 29th sept …
i have been writing mail to customer care of ICICI bank for reversal for charges as it is not my mistake as it thier internal delay for transfer of fund but they not reversing it .
It was shock for me to see statement with late payement … i have very week heart and transcation were done for purchase medicine . it truely shocking for good customer to see bill with late fee ..
As per my records i have paid on time .
