I have credit card of hdfc bank, meine vodafone ka postpaid sim liya……postpaid ka bill payment meine cash deposit kiya 2 baar.Uske baad jab mera bill aya toinhone automatic cradit card se payment deposit kr diya.smartpay service k through.meine aisi koi bhi serviece activate ni krayi or in hone 3baad payment deposit kr liya.or ab muje call krk bolte h k aap apna payment krao ni to legal case bana denge.agar maine apni taraf se ye service activate krayi hoti to mein deta, without any intimation inhone charge laga diya.or mein customer care bhi bola to kaha k ab ni hoga payment.or fir se next month fir mere card se paymnet le liya.
So please bataiye main kya krun,

Approx. 2years ago i had buy the HDFC credit card,and i had purchased one mobile phone samsung tab3.at that time my EMI approx. 2833/- i submit ful EMI of my mobile phone,after that hdfc bank ne muje bina bataye mera postpaid bill submit kr diya jabki meine inse kaha bhi ni k mein credit card se payment krunga,ab muje ye phone krke mentally harasment kr rhe h. 011-43472538, and 7859984822.In numbeers se muje or meri family ko pareshan kr rhe h
so please what i do.Regards
