Hi,
I had a credit card
5520881000808017 which i lost.So I called to customer care and block the card. I had some dues on that card which was not communicated to me when I called to customer care and they block it.Later I transfer to kolkata from Hyderabad. Suddenly yesterday after six months somebody from hdfc calling me and telling u have over due of rs 13000/. I called to customer care and discuss about this. After discussion,customer care executive(RAVI) told to deposite Rs8959/- everything will setlled. No body is listening to me now, they are asking to pay rest of the amount also. Please help.
