Credit card issues

Name of company/service: Standard Chartered

This is regarding the Standard Chartered credit card opened 3 years back. I had not used this card at all. However, now after 3 years they are claiming and asking for money in thousands. I come to know regarding the money, it was deducted by some Standard Chartered insurance, which I am not even aware of. Even there is no any confirmation regarding this insurance from my end.

What should I do here?
