Credit card fraud standard chartered bank

Name of company/service: Standard Chartered Bank, India

On Standard chartered bank, India’s site they declared that on Super Value Titanium Card: ” 5% Cashback on all utility bill payments ”

When I paid the electricity bill from the http://www.bangaloreone.gov.in they have not given me the 5% cash back on this bill. then According to this I felt cheated and feeling very sad that why the hell I selected this Credit card company itself. please let me know now what should I do?

    Hi,

    Well I had posted the similar complain against them.
    I had given them a day’s time to reimbursed the payment, & explain me everything related to my query or else I am going to lodge a formal complain against them by day after.
    You can also do the same.
