Hi,
one lady called Malvika from HSBC bank is calling at my home and telling that I have some amount remaining on my credit card and I have to pay that to avoid court.
However the fact is that I don’t have HSBC credit card.
They are saying that they have delivered the credit card to me in Ambernath, Thane where as I have never been to that place.
We also asked for written communication however they are not sending anything. since last 3 weeks one lady called Malvika from HSBC Malad branch calls at my home and asks for the money.
They are saying that they have delivered the credit card in Feb 2008 where as I was not in India at that time.
Can any one please help me out in this case? I am very sure that this is a fraud case as I have all the proofs which will prove my innocence.
HSBC bank people are harrasing my parents without any reason.
Can any one help me out to get this resolved.
