Credit card cancel

Hello,

My card no 5491245601602176 from Standerd Chartered bank i am not using this card for that i have called to customer care to cancel my card & also inform annul charges to waive off from there they inform that they will inform me within 48 working hr still no response.

also no one inform me abount the annul fee so i don’t pay that please cancel my credit card.

i dont want to contine this card in feture i am not liabe for any payment.

Verry Bad experiency from this Bank not offer still credit limit not increse no EMI conversation option hope less.

Please provide me the feedback early.
