Credit Card Blocked Problem

Name of company/service: Kotak Mahindra Bank

Sir/ Madam
It has been really a harassment from the banks side that they in unusual manner without informing me and neither i am being in any fault they blocked my card without any intimation.
They have blocked it in the name of bank discrimination as there is no outstanding left no fault from my side i would request you to take appropriate and proper action against the same.
