Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: ICICIC BANK

I have Credit Card.i cleared all dues of said credit card, and also have personal loan connected to said credit card that also cleared but the said bank permanently blocked said card without informing me.the said card is expired on dec-2012 and the said bank is deny to issued fresh card please let me know what i have to at your earliest thanking you.
